General Caballero

General Caballero SC is an association football club from Zeballos Cué, Asunción, Paraguay. The club was founded September 6, 1918 and plays in the Primera División B, the third division of the Paraguayan football league. Their home games are played at the Estadio Hugo Bogado Vaceque which has a capacity of approximately 5,000 seats.

**Historie:**

* 1918: Klubben ble grunnlagt som "Club Cerrito", men endret senere navn til "General Caballero".
* 1940: General Caballero vant sitt første nasjonale mesterskap i Segunda División.
* 1960: Klubben ble for første gang forfremmet til Primera División.
* 2016: General Caballero rykket ned til Segunda División etter 10 år i Primera División.
* 2022: Klubben rykket opp igjen til Primera División etter å ha vunnet Segunda División-tittelen.
