Sport União Sintrense is a Portuguese football club based in Sintra, that plays in the Campeonato de Portugal, the fourth division of Portuguese football. The club was established on 7 October 1911.

Sintrense Futebol Clube er en portugisisk fotballklubb som holder til i byen Sintra. Klubben ble stiftet i 1911 og spiller sine hjemmekamper på Estádio do Sport União Sintrense i Queluz.

Sintrense har aldri vunnet noen større trofeer, men har spilt i den portugisiske toppdivisjonen ved flere anledninger. Klubbens beste plassering var en fjerdeplass i 1935/36-sesongen.

I nyere tid har Sintrense spilt i den portugisiske tredje- og fjerdedivisjonen. Klubben har slitt økonomisk de siste årene og har ikke vært i stand til å konkurrere på samme nivå som før.

Til tross for sine økonomiske problemer forblir Sintrense en populær klubb i Sintra-området. Klubben har en stor tilhengerskare og er kjent for sin lidenskapelige atmosfære på hjemmekampene.
