Boquilla FC er et colombiansk fotballag fra Cartagena i Colombia. Klubben ble grunnlagt i 1993 og spiller i Categoría Primera B, det nest øverste nivået i colombiansk fotball. Lagets hjemmebane er Estadio Jaime Morón León.
Boquillas mest kjente spillere er Carlos Bacca, som spilte for klubben fra 2006 til 2009 og gikk videre til å spille for Sevilla, AC Milan og Villarreal, og Edwin Cardona, som spilte for klubben fra 2012 til 2013 og gikk videre til å spille for Monterrey, Boca Juniors og Atlético Nacional.
