Osorno Básquetbol was a Chilean basketball club based in Osorno, Los Lagos Region. The club was established on November 19, 2009. The club played in the Liga Nacional de Chile.
The Liga Nacional home games were played at the Gimnasio María Gallardo; some of the Liga Saesa games were played at the Gimansio Español.
The club was expelled from the Liga Nacional in February 2019 for two years, and the club itself was folded due to the financial difficulties.
**Osorno Básquetbol** er en chilensk basketballklubb som holder til i byen Osorno. Klubben ble grunnlagt i 2006 og spiller i den chilenske basketballligaen Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile (LNB).
**Historie:**
* 2006: Klubben ble grunnlagt som Club Deportivo Social y Cultural Osorno Básquetbol.
* 2007: Osorno debuterte i LNB og endte på 9. plass.
* 2012: Klubben vant sitt første LNB-mesterskap.
* 2013: Osorno vant sitt andre LNB-mesterskap på rad.
* 2017: Klubben vant sitt tredje LNB-mesterskap.

Osorno spiller sine hjemmekamper i Gimnasio Monumental María Gallardo, som har en kapasitet på ca. 3500 tilskuere.
