Royal Thai Army Football Club (Thai: สโมสรฟุตบอลทหารบก) is a Thailand football club under the stewardship of Royal Thai Army based in Bangkok. The team plays their home matches at Thai Army Sports Stadium. The club is currently playing in the Thai League 3 Bangkok metropolitan region.
Prior to 2015 the club was called "Army Welfare Department F.C.". After it was promoted from winner Khǒr Royal Cup to Regional League Division 2, the club changed its name to Royal Thai Army F.C..
History
In 2022, Royal Thai Army competed in the Thai League 3 for the 2022–23 season. It is their 8th season in the professional league. The club started the season with a 0–1 home defeat to Royal Thai Air Force and they ended the season with a 1–3 away defeat to Royal Thai Air Force. The club has finished 9th place in the league of the Bangkok metropolitan region.
Army United II er reserve-/ungdomslag til Army United FC, som spiller i Thai League 1. Klubbens hjemmekamper spilles på Thammasat Stadium i Pathum Thani.
Til tross for sin korte historie har Army United II allerede oppnådd en viss suksess. I 2017 vant de Thai League 3 og rykket opp til Thai League 2. Klubben har også vunnet FA Cup i 2018.
Army United II er kjent for sitt angrepsvillige spill og offensive fotball. De har en ung og lovende stall, og de er forventet å blande seg inn i toppen av Thai League 2 i årene som kommer.
Klubbens største stjerner er den thailandske landslagsspilleren Narubadin Weerawatnodom og den nigerianske spissen Victor Okechukwu.
