Phu Dong FC

Phu Dong Ninh Binh Football Club (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Phù Đổng Ninh Bình), simply known as Phu Dong Ninh Binh, is a Vietnamese football club based in Ninh Binh, Vietnam.

Before the 2017 season, Phu Dong had recruited former national team defender Vũ Như Thành as captain, and persuaded midfielder Cao Sỹ Cường to continue playing. At the same time, the team also announced information about the new major sponsor, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, with a large amount of funding.

**Historie:**

Phu Dong FC ble stiftet i 2006 som en amatørklubb. Klubben ble profesjonell i 2010 og rykket opp til V.League 2 i 2016. Siden da har Phu Dong FC vært et etablert lag i den nest øverste divisjonen i Vietnam.
