Club Deportes Castro is a Chilean professional basketball team located in Castro, Chile. The team currently competes in the Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile.

History

Deportes Castro was established in 2003. The team's first coach was Jose Fernandez, who led the team until 2010. The most notable performance were at the Liga Nacional 2011-2012, when they won the title.

Castro er et chilensk basketballlag som er basert i byen Castro på øya Chiloé. Laget spiller i Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile (LNB), som er den øverste ligaen i chilensk basketball.

Castro har vunnet LNB totalt fire ganger, i 2010, 2014, 2015 og 2019. Laget har også vunnet Copa Chile fire ganger, i 2010, 2011, 2012 og 2020.

Castros hjemmearena er Gimnasio Fiscal de Castro, som har en kapasitet på 2 000 tilskuere.
